Hotel is new and all room amenities were in new condition. Mattress and pillows were comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room and replacing towels daily. Breakfast was well presented with variety of choices. Location was very convenient for companies nearby.

The niu is a very reliable brand and I feel very confident when I step in one of their hotels. The facilities in the room were very modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's very cheap when there is no trade fair happening, otherwise it should be difficulty to book a room here.

An excellent hotel! There is a bar that offers some food, so there’s no need to search for a restaurant if you arrive late. The staff is exceptionally hospitable and had no problem providing me with extra bed linens. The room was clean and cozy, and a parking garage is available for guests. My stay was very comfortable!

The beds were very comfortable, you can open the window all the way. You have shops nearby and you can take everything you need. Solid location. Unlike other hotels, parking is relatively cheap, 10 euros per night.

The room is modern, clean, spacious and comfortable - without looking like a budget (ibis?) bleached hotel. Wifi works perfectly fine, the area is quiet and there's supermarket (Rewe) just 5 min walk away. The carpark is €10 extra, but you can try parking on the streets around - for free. Granted, the provided amenities in the room are minimal but Im happy that they keep the cost relatively low (I guess) by limiting the amenities, as I rarely ever use these provided toiletries or mini-bars anyway.

This is the cheapest property we can find near Munich. and the quality is superb which is clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable with lots of pillows. Noise cancellation work is also exceptional for it. The location seems a bit far but it only takes a direct train from Munich central station around 15 mins and then a safe walk around 10 mins.

Overall everything that was in the room was of high quality. Great children’s seat with security straps at the breakfast .I enjoyed breakfast a lot. Also people friendly to kids.

The breakfast is amazing, a variety of food very nice organized. The bed is big and soft, and it is pretty clean, at a fair price.

The hotel rooms are cosy, and very clean. You are close to the work place, within walking distance, so that's a great plus. Breakfast has sufficient items so you won't be hungry, searching for more.
